• Cash/Bizum for CEU Valencia pickup

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered the processing stage.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Unavailability of items

If an order is canceled, you will be refunded through the original payment method.

• Once marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility

For CEU Valencia pickup orders, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery on campus.

You may request a return within 14 days, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
