Thank you for shopping with Mastoodonto.
We value your satisfaction and aim to offer clear and fair return rules for all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when received
• With proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used products
• Sterile materials already unsealed
• Items damaged by the customer
• Promotional items or final-sale products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will evaluate the case and offer either:
• A replacement, or
• A refund (depending on availability and situation)

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases of:
• Damaged items
• Wrong items sent
• Manufacturing defects confirmed by our team

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. CEU Valencia Pick-Up Orders

If your order was collected by hand at CEU Valencia, the same return rules apply.
Returns must still be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
