Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We offer fast and reliable shipping throughout Spain.

Standard Shipping:

• Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Free Shipping:
• Orders above €50
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on high demand, holidays, or courier delays.

3. CEU Valencia Pick-Up (Hand Delivery)

We offer free hand delivery exclusively for CEU Valencia students.

Available for postal codes: 46113 and 46115
• Delivery time: same-day or next-day depending on availability
• You will be contacted by email or WhatsApp to arrange a meeting point on campus

This is the fastest and most convenient option for CEU students.

4. International Shipping

International delivery is available to selected countries.

• Cost: €19.99
• Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link by email.
For CEU Valencia pick-up orders, our team will contact you directly to confirm delivery arrangements.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Mastoodonto is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
